We will schedule a session either via Zoom.com app or Goto Meeting app. If needed to connect to your devices like computer, tablet or phone, we will be using either, Goto Resolve app, LogMeIn Rescue or See It to share your camera. The intention is for us to be able to see what you are seeing, do the fix our self or guide a few steps having a look directly from your camera. We may also use other apps like Anydesk or Team Viewer apps if needed for technical support and connect to your devices.Â
